Melissa earned her nursing degree at the University of Miami and completed her master’s of science in nursing at the University of Texas, Arlington. With a focus on pediatric primary and acute care, Melissa’s skills are a perfect match for our mission at Tribe Wellness + Concierge. Rachel Chambers Dreiling, MSN, APRN, PNP-C


Rachel graduated with her Masters of Science in Nursing specializing in Pediatrics in 2004, and worked at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas for over 20 years before becoming a team member at Tribe Wellness. While at Children’s she worked for various departments, but mainly for the Emergency Room. During the pandemic she stumbled in to aesthetic medicine and has loved injecting Botox, dermal fillers, and Sculptra, but never lost her passion for caring for children.

Niti Randhawa, MD


Dr. Niti Randhawa is a physician with over 20 years of experience in holistic and integrative medicine. She holds a BA in Biology from Baylor University and earned her medical degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. After completing her Family Medicine Residency at John Peter Smith Hospital, she became certified by The Institute for Functional Medicine.

Dr. Randhawa emphasizes a whole-person approach to health, focusing on root causes of illness and individualized treatment plans that prioritize natural remedies and lifestyle optimization. Her expertise includes hormone balancing, gut health, detoxification, and metabolic health. 

Outside of work, she enjoys family time, her German Shepherd, nature, exercising, and traveling.
